"Off the top of your head, how much do you  think my home is worth?"

I have no idea how much your home is worth without doing the required research.


So many variables are at play like neighborhood, age of the home, size...

"What is your service area?"

My main service area is Owen Sound and it's general vicinity.


Generally, I help clients up to a radius of 40kms.


I'm more than happy to travel further to serve repeat clients.


Feel free to ask about any given town you're interested in and we can work on it from there.

While I am very grateful for the business you give me, I don't understand why I would give up my income.


I don't earn wages or a salary - I live and die by my commission payments.
